About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced manual penetration testing across applications, infrastructure, Kubernetes, and microservices
  • Lead offensive security initiatives including red team operations and adversary simulation
  • Secure AI/ML systems including LLM pipelines, vector databases, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows
  • Research novel attack surfaces unique to LLMs and autonomous systems
  • Influence secure system design across the SDLC and embed security into CI/CD pipelines
  • Integrate and operationalize security tooling such as SAST, DAST, and SCA
  • Build internal security guardrails like hardened base images and policy-as-code frameworks
  • Develop production-grade security tooling and lead cross-functional security programs

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in offensive security and red team operations
  • Familiarity with modern C2 frameworks like Cobalt Strike, Sliver, or Havoc
  • Strong expertise in the AI/ML stack including MLOps, inference architectures, and RAG
  • Experience securing LLM pipelines and AI workflows in Kubernetes or bare-metal environments
  • Strong software engineering skills in Go, Python, or Rust
  • Hands-on experience securing containers, VMs, and CI/CD environments
  • Deep understanding of application security and distributed system design
  • Ability to lead complex, cross-functional security initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Public contributions to offensive security or AI security research
  • Experience building internal red team or adversary simulation programs
  • Background in high-performance computing or AI infrastructure
  • Experience designing policy-as-code frameworks at scale
