Staff Product Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop a portfolio of engineering service providers to support post-ramp design, validation, and failure analysis
• Create sustaining operation and post-ramp design/qualification/failure analysis workflows
• Collaborate with Hardware, Software, Quality, and Purchasing teams to create integrated CM operations schedules
• Own production continuity planning, including capacity modeling and long-term supply planning
• Proactively identify and mitigate material shortages, EOL components, and single-sourced risks
• Drive RMA workflows with CMs and suppliers, ensuring timely root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• Oversee design refresh and ECO implementation at Contract Manufacturers
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across cost, quality, yield, and cycle time

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in NPI, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, or Operations Engineering
• BS or MS degree in Engineering
• Demonstrated experience in component lifecycle management and EOL transition planning
• Experience driving RMA triage, failure analysis, and design refresh processes
• Experience managing engineering service partners or JDM partners
• Ability to travel internationally to CM sites as needed
