Staff Product Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth of next-generation Automotive MCU products by defining requirements and managing roadmaps
• Collect and define global customer requirements and coordinate projects with major automotive customers
• Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and sales teams to execute customer promotion strategies
• Develop and drive worldwide market introduction plans, including the creation of product packages (documentation, starter kits, software)
• Produce public marketing materials such as whitepapers, press releases, and webinars
• Coordinate and exchange information effectively with Renesas Japan
• Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management

Requirements

• Graduate degree in electronic engineering
• 5-10 years of product marketing experience within the semiconductor industry
• Proven experience in the automotive market with an understanding of Carmakers and Tier 1 requirements
• Comprehensive knowledge of embedded Microcontrollers and their ecosystems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a multicultural, agile environment
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); German language skills are preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive system design, E/E architecture, or Artificial Intelligence
• Expertise in handling complex technical RfQs in collaboration with key customers
• Knowledge of MCU architecture, networking, functional safety, or security
• Experience with embedded software and customer negotiations
