Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Frame and execute product strategy, monitoring and communicating progress
• Define functional requirements for new product experiences and features
• Perform quantitative and qualitative research to identify product opportunities and prioritize features
• Partner with engineering, UXR, design, and analytics teams to define, build, and iterate on new user experiences
• Develop hypotheses for customer use cases and rapidly iterate to find product market fit
• Assist with quarterly planning and assigning objectives to product teams

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as a product manager in a technology company
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of the clinical development space
• Ability to ship high-impact products quickly
• Ability to solve hard problems with many constraints using data-informed narratives
• Experience partnering with engineering, design, finance, sales, and marketing
• Technical understanding ranging from high abstractions to the metal
• Proficiency in data extraction and storytelling
• Experience in biopharma, clinical development, or HealthTech industries
