Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Build innovative 0 -> 1 solutions for enterprise marketers and creators
• Develop an AI-native, multi-modal content design engine that understands brand values and design systems
• Build AI-native end-to-end and closed-loop content workflows for hyper-personalization
• Collaborate with engineering to build scalable platform architecture
• Use data to identify product improvement and growth opportunities
• Partner with product managers to co-launch new products and features
• Innovate at the cutting-edge of AI possibilities
• Work closely with enterprise customers to understand and solve their needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field
• 5-7+ years of experience in product management or building products
• Experience building and shipping AI-native software or application capabilities
• Experience designing intuitive UI/UX and distilling complex workflows
• Experience building scalable platform architecture and discussing engineering architecture
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design, marketing)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Strong project management and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a high-growth startup or tech company
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers
• Experience building with best-in-class product design principles
• Proficiency with SQL and data analysis tools (Excel, Mixpanel, Tableau, or Looker)
