Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Architect and steward product strategy across critical staffing and marketplace workflows
• Solve complex marketplace problems by balancing customer needs, operational realities, and business outcomes
• Build systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfillment, matching quality, and operational efficiency
• Translate operational complexity into scalable product systems and smart internal tooling
• Write detailed product requirements and partner closely with engineering teams to execute solutions
• Use data to uncover hidden patterns and answer critical marketplace and customer questions
• Launch and iterate products across various customers, regions, and operational environments

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience as a Product Manager
• Proven experience in two-sided marketplaces with real supply and demand dynamics
• Experience building enterprise B2B products for multi-stakeholder customers
• Experience building internal operational tooling or systems that support real business execution
• Strong technical fluency and ability to work deeply with engineering teams
• Experience operating in fast-paced startup environments where speed and ownership are critical
• Evidence of shipping products that have materially moved business outcomes
