Tools for Humanity (TFH) designs and builds technology behind World. World is building a real human network designed to accelerate people in the age of AI. The World ID team is on a mission to empower every person on the planet with a unique digital identity that distinguishes humans from AI online.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a multi-year roadmap for World ID features
• Understand user and developer needs through regular engagement to inform the product roadmap
• Own all metrics and analytics related to your roadmap
• Work with the broader World ID team to define the long term strategic roadmap
• Lead and influence the entire product development life cycle from concept to go-to-market

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a product manager in fintech, payments, digital identity, Web3, or DeFi
• Deep understanding of privacy and data governance standards and product experiences
• Proven ability to design processes and navigate ambiguous environments
• Experience defining product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design for mobile-first experiences
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Web3 technologies and crypto-native experiences
• Degree in Computer Science, Math, or Statistics
• Previous experience in an engineering or design-focused role
• Experience as a former founder
