Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy for identity quality, focusing on accurate resolution of people, households, and devices at scale.
• Own the roadmap for cross-device and cross-channel frequency management to minimize advertiser waste and ad fatigue.
• Partner with Data Science to define identity quality metrics and build models that surface quality gaps.
• Drive cross-functional execution and alignment with Engineering, Data Partnerships, Legal, Privacy, and Commercial teams.
• Ship products iteratively by defining success metrics, launching incrementally, and optimizing based on business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience (for Senior level) or 8+ years (for Staff level).
• Proven experience in advertising or marketing technology companies.
• Demonstrable ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments with engineers, data scientists, and commercial teams.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to write detailed product specifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Academic or professional background in math, statistics, or data science.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Python or R.
• Experience with privacy-enhancing technologies, clean rooms, and identity frameworks.
