Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for AI-first Digital Retail experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Identify high-impact consumer and dealer workflow problems solvable through agentic experiences, such as guided buying and personalized vehicle matching.
• Define and deliver AI agent workflows capable of reasoning, invoking tools/APIs, and completing tasks with human-in-the-loop escalation paths.
• Partner with Data/AI and Engineering teams to define agent architecture requirements, including tool calling, orchestration, and latency.
• Establish quality and safety guardrails, including evaluation frameworks, prompt guidelines, and PII handling.
• Drive experimentation through A/B testing, staged rollouts, and continuous improvement loops.
• Act as a product leader at the Staff level by mentoring other PMs and setting product standards across teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience with customer-facing SaaS, eCommerce, marketplace, or workflow products.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problem spaces end-to-end and delivering products that move business metrics.
• Experience building AI-first products, specifically involving AI agents or agentic workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of AI product risks, including hallucinations, grounding, safety, privacy, and evaluation.
• Ability to work deeply with Engineering and Data/AI teams to discuss tradeoffs regarding quality, latency, and cost.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to write crisp product narratives and decision documents.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Digital Retail domain, including desking, trade-in, credit applications, or checkout flows.
• A platform and scale mindset with experience building shared platform capabilities like APIs and scalable governance systems.
• Experience leading multi-squad, distributed onshore/offshore initiatives.
