Staff Product Manager, T:0 (Agentic) Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a new AI-driven finance platform from 0 to 1, focusing on agentic systems to automate financial workflows.
• Invent new products and user experiences, spanning strategy, solution design, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to achieve product-market fit and scale.
• Inform product strategy by deeply understanding the latest AI developments, target markets, and the competitive landscape.
• Work backward from real customer pain points to deliver intelligent automation across payments, payroll, bookkeeping, and tax.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in product management or related fields.
• Proven experience building products from 0 to 1.
• Demonstrated experience in novel fields such as AI, ML, or LLMs.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and cross-cultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a startup founder or an early employee at a high-growth company.
• Strong ability to structure complex problems and make data-driven decisions using first-principles thinking.
