Staff Product Manager, Spend

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of the Spend offering by designing strategy and defining solutions
• Drive product delivery from initial concept through to successful launch
• Partner with engineering, design, and regulatory teams to deliver powerful financial products
• Translate complex product strategies across both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, ideally within fintech or spend management
• Bachelor's degree or higher, with a strong academic record
• Technical fluency with the ability to engage in architectural discussions regarding high-scale systems
• Strong product and design thinking with an eye for delightful customer experiences
• Exceptional communication skills and analytical rigour
• A data-driven mindset and a bias for action to turn ideas into real-world products

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, including Procure to Pay and Intake to Procure workflows
• Experience utilizing modern AI tools in product development or customer-facing solutions
• Background or professional experience in Finance or Accounting
