Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of testing suites by integrating AI to generate test cases and identify regression risks
• Build an AI-forward developer experience to remove friction from the development inner loop
• Define the vision and roadmap for the product validation strategy across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Oversee developer-facing capabilities including development environments, local testing tools, and APIs/SDKs
• Partner with CI/CD PMs and engineering leadership to ensure seamless handoffs between local environments and deployment pipelines
• Collaborate with engineering and data science on architecture and protocol standards

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience
• Proven track record of shipping developer-facing tools or technical infrastructure
• Deep technical fluency in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Expertise in testing strategies and automated validation at scale
• Experience building platform products for internal engineering users
• Ability to decompose complex problems into actionable multi-quarter roadmaps
• Highly analytical mindset using metrics like test flakiness and build duration to prioritize backlogs

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous hands-on experience as a software engineer
• Experience building or managing internal developer platforms in high-growth cloud environments
• Familiarity with modern data stack architectures or AI/ML pipelines
