Staff Product Manager, Security

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of data security for the Databricks Lakehouse platform
• Drive product strategy for external and internal controls regarding privacy, confidentiality, and digital sovereignty
• Create policy models to enable customer access control to important assets
• Partner with privacy, legal, and security teams to deliver anonymization, retention, and residency features
• Partner with cloud providers to support confidential compute
• Rationalize data security technologies across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with enterprise B2B or SaaS products
• Domain expertise in data security, data privacy, and encryption
• Proven ability to define success metrics and communicate product value propositions
• Experience partnering with senior engineering leadership on complex technical concepts
• Experience driving business results through influential leadership across cross-functional teams
