Staff Product Manager, People Product

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap and execution for pre-boarding and onboarding across Deliveroo, DoorDash, and Wolt.
• Design cross-functional experiences that connect People and IT workflows, including provisioning, equipment, and documentation.
• Define and track key metrics such as time-to-productivity, new-hire satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Build modular product capabilities like task orchestration and dashboards that scale across different geographies and brands.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, People/HR, and IT to translate complex process needs into intuitive product capabilities.
• Influence senior stakeholders to build alignment on a shared onboarding strategy across a multi-brand environment.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building and shipping products end-to-end, ideally within People/HR, IT, or complex cross-functional environments.
• Experience designing workflows that span multiple functions and systems, simplifying complex user journeys.
• Proficiency working with both custom-built tools and third-party SaaS platforms, including system integrations.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to prioritization and measuring impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence leaders across different functions.
• Experience operating in a global environment across various regions and legal contexts.
