Staff Product Manager, Payments Orchestration & Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Lead Payment Orchestration by defining the roadmap for the AI Router and Grid Switch to optimize transaction success, latency, and cost
• Scale Global Connectivity by driving expansion into domestic payment rails like SPEI, UPI, and SEPA
• Own the "Closed Loop" by designing observability dashboards and automated reconciliation workflows
• Drive Vertical Innovation through high-value customer engagements from scoping to deployment
• Negotiate Network Resilience by partnering with Business Development to engage financial partners
• Future-Proof the Stack by collaborating with Engineering on long-term architecture for Agentic Commerce
• Maximize Impact with AI by leveraging automation to enhance ledger and routing capabilities

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in global payment infrastructure
• Deep knowledge of funds flows and domestic rail settlement
• Proven track record of building scalable B2B solutions in "0 to 1" environments
• Ability to collaborate on backend system architecture and partner negotiations
• Systems thinking mindset focused on edge cases and performance benchmarks (SLAs)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with digital assets
• Experience with the Lightning Network
• Knowledge of programmable money
