Staff Product Manager, Onboarding

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for customer onboarding, mapping the ideal journey from discovery and sign-up to product adoption
• Utilize data and analytics to identify pain points, measure success, and drive continuous improvement of the onboarding flow
• Design and implement A/B tests to improve the UX/UI and optimize the onboarding journey
• Strike the right balance between a frictionless onboarding process and robust KYC & KYB controls to mitigate risk to Airwallex and our customers

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of overall professional experience
• Proven experience in product management, go-to-market propositions, product design, and product planning
• Experience taking products from ideation to delivery, ideally at a global scale
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with exemplary academic achievements

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Onboarding, UX/UI, KYC & KYB, and/or Risk management
• Experience working in hyper-growth startup environments
• Background in software engineering or the financial product industry
