Staff Product Manager, Neo AI

Responsibilities

• Architect and steward product strategy for Neo and Traba’s AI agent ecosystem
• Design agent systems that reason through workflows, orchestrate tools, and execute meaningful work
• Partner deeply with product engineers and ML teams to write detailed requirements and define evaluation systems
• Rapidly validate and prototype ideas alongside early customers and design partners
• Use data to uncover patterns and improve the reliability and performance of AI models

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in Product Management
• Proven experience launching AI-native products or customer-facing agent systems
• Strong technical depth with the ability to work alongside ML engineers and reason through system tradeoffs
• Experience building 0-to-1 products from scratch in fast-paced startup environments
• Ability to work onsite in New York City or San Francisco
