Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define, own and execute the roadmap of the AI platform and AI-powered marketplace products
• Define, track and periodically report on metrics and KPIs of the org
• Engage teams and users of AI platform inside the company to understand their needs and identify gaps
• Write detailed product requirements, strategy and planning documents for technical and non-technical audiences
• Proactively research and craft proposals for areas where AI platform can drive efficiency
• Present progress to non-technical leadership quarterly
• Oversee and guide build vs buy decisions using data and research

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Experience driving technically complex products end to end
• Experience managing software engineers and scientists from a product perspective
• Experience crafting data visualizations using SQL, Tableau, Looker, or Python
• Familiarity with presenting to CXO executives and large teams
• Strong understanding of agentic systems, context engineering, and multi-agent orchestration
• Strong conceptual knowledge of machine learning and AI
• Experience handling third-party vendors and SaaS contract practices
• Excellent skills in documenting complex technical systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on coding experience with PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, or XGBoost
