Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Understand Lyft's strategic and competitive position and set goals and success metrics
• Set an ambitious vision that motivates teams, peers, and leadership
• Own product lifecycle from ideation and development through launch and maintenance
• Lead and align cross-functional partners including engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers
• Communicate clear roadmaps, priorities, and decisions to various audiences including executives

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management, product design, or equivalent consulting
• Significant experience leading consumer mobile apps
• Ability to manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies
• Experience leading post-launch optimizations and developing testing strategies
• Strong communication skills and intuition for communication strategy
• Superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
