Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define the full-funnel growth strategy for business travel across acquisition, activation, and engagement
• Own new-user acquisition for business travel via self-serve, paid, organic, and partner channels
• Architect the onboarding and activation path to drive first-time business rides
• Build partnership and integration-powered channels with travel booking and expense platforms
• Design engagement and retention loops to turn new business riders into repeat users
• Set the experimentation bar and testing cadence for the core product team
• Act as the authority on business travel growth performance and represent results in executive reviews

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on growth, acquisition, or lifecycle at scale
• Proven track record of measurable impact on consumer mobile product metrics
• Experience managing broad, ambiguous problem areas and multi-year growth strategies
• Proficiency in quantitative rigor, A/B testing, and cohort analysis
• Fluency with modern growth stacks including CRM, product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel), and experimentation tools
• Experience scaling acquisition through third-party integrations and partnerships
• Exceptional communication and ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
