Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategy with RevOps, payment partners, Finance, and Engineering to architect fee allocation models and pricing frameworks
• Synthesize customer insights and market dynamics to define long-term product strategy
• Own end-to-end product architecture and roadmap clarity for money movement infrastructure
• Drive alignment across engineering, design, and business leaders for strategic initiatives
• Incubate and evaluate new product bets and build business cases for leadership
• Partner with Go-to-Market leadership on positioning and monetization strategy
• Define success metrics and communicate performance insights to executive stakeholders
• Act as the organizational authority for the payments domain and mentor other PMs

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally in ecommerce, payments, or SaaS
• Proven track record in SaaS products at scale
• Fintech experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum product development life cycles
• Strong leadership and communication skills for articulating complex concepts
• Ability to lead client discovery and solutioning conversations

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• Fluency in French
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or ecommerce industries
