Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year product roadmap for the Level 4 autonomous trucking platform
• Unify Engineering, Program Management, Operations, and Commercial teams around a shared vision
• Own the product lifecycle from opportunity identification through deployment and iteration
• Set prioritization frameworks and influence engineering resourcing at the executive level
• Author high-rigor product requirements and partner with Design and Engineering on architecture
• Define metrics and readiness criteria for product deployment
• Serve as the senior product relationship owner for key customers
• Mentor senior PMs and contribute to the product management craft

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, logistics, or safety-critical systems
• Background in engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Proven track record of shaping strategy at the VP level and above
• Ability to manage high-stakes external customer relationships
• Strong technical fluency to engage with engineering on system design and architecture
• Ability to communicate complex tradeoffs to C-suite and board audiences
