Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Crusoe's internal software products
- Lead deep discovery with business stakeholders using interviews and workflow observation
- Define success metrics for every solution shipped, including adoption and business impact
- Write high-quality PRDs, strategy docs, and decision memos
- Build working prototypes using AI development tools and agent frameworks to validate designs
- Partner closely with internal engineering to scale prototypes into platform-scale solutions
- Influence senior executives and functional VPs to drive company-wide adoption
Requirements
- 8+ years of software product management experience at Staff, Principal, or Lead IC level
- Proven expertise in discovery methods, roadmap prioritization, and measuring product outcomes
- Hands-on ability to ship working prototypes using AI coding assistants and agent frameworks
- Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional work with senior executives
- Excellent written communication skills for authoring technical and strategic artifacts
- Strong judgment regarding build vs. buy vs. kill decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in IT, internal tools, or business operations at a high-growth company
- Experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms (HRIS, ERP, CRM)
- Familiarity with embedded technical product roles
- Prior work in data center, infrastructure, or energy industries
