About the role
Responsibilities
- Own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Crusoe's internal AI product and software portfolio
- Lead discovery with business stakeholders through interviews, workflow observation, and jobs-to-be-done analysis
- Prioritize initiatives using ROI, effort, strategic fit, and build-vs-buy frameworks
- Define success metrics (adoption, time/money saved, error reduction, business impact) and instrument from day one
- Establish end-to-end process from intake to graduation, including rapid validation and scale criteria
- Write PRDs grounded in discovery and metrics; build working prototypes with AI development tools and agent frameworks
- Partner closely with internal engineering to ship solutions and defend prioritization against scope creep
- Author strategy docs and decision memos; influence executives and functional VPs without authority
Requirements
- 8+ years of software product management experience, including time at Staff / Principal / Lead IC level
- Proven craft across discovery, prioritization, outcome measurement, PRD writing, and post-launch iteration

Preferred Qualifications
- Background in IT, internal tools, or business operations at a high-growth company
- Experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms (HRIS, ERP, CRM, contract lifecycle management)
- Familiarity with embedded technical product roles (forward-deployed PM or engineer, or similar senior IC models)
- Prior work in data center, infrastructure, or energy industries
