Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the customer prediction and decisioning portfolio across the full customer lifecycle
• Partner with Data Science to advance CLV, propensity, and uplift models
• Drive adoption of predictions as decisions within CRM, growth, and product strategy
• Scale decisioning across all markets and touchpoints ensuring consistent and explainable experiences
• Define success metrics balancing customer satisfaction with business outcomes like LTV and ROI
• Prioritize product roadmaps balancing near-term wins against long-term strategic capabilities
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Marketing, CRM, and Growth teams

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience at Senior or Staff level
• Proven track record of shipping products with meaningful impact at scale
• Strong experience influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
• Highly data-native with ability to design and interpret A/B and incrementality experiments
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis
• Ability to use modern AI tools to increase workflow velocity

Preferred Qualifications

• ML fluency and experience partnering with Data Science and ML Engineering teams
• Experience with personalization, recommendations, propensity models, or decisioning systems
• Understanding of subscription-based business models and their impact on LTV and churn
