Staff Product Manager, GTPN

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for GTPN APIs, from ideation to delivery and ongoing optimization
• Develop and champion the strategic vision and roadmap for the platform, balancing long-term innovation with short-term business needs
• Engage directly with enterprise customers, developers, and partners to understand their needs and validate product features
• Translate complex use cases into scalable, secure, and intuitive APIs in collaboration with engineering teams
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, compliance, and data science
• Use data-driven methods to define success metrics, prioritize requirements, and communicate product launches
• Mentor and lead other product managers to support team growth

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years of experience focused on platform or API products within fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure
• Deep technical understanding of API design principles, security, and developer experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Exceptional English and Chinese communication skills
• Proven track record of launching successful, scalable API-powered platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with global card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and banking partners
• Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman, GitHub, or API client tooling
• Hands-on experience as a developer
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, KYC/AML, and card network rules
• Experience in hyper-growth startup environments
