Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy for the marketplace ecosystem
• Own the end-to-end roadmap, deciding what to build, kill, and sequence
• Design and optimize both consumer and practitioner journeys
• Develop frameworks for marketplace health, including supply/demand balance and liquidity metrics
• Partner with engineering and design to ship continuously and run structured discovery
• Own marketplace business logic including pricing models and transaction economics
• Integrate AI into the product for personalized recommendations and intelligent matching

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Significant experience with marketplace, platform, or multi-sided products
• Proven track record in 0→1 product environments or startup leadership
• Strong analytical skills and ability to pull/analyze own data
• Exceptional communication skills and product taste
• Passion for wellness, longevity, and preventive health

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in health, wellness, or consumer health industries
• Experience scaling marketplaces through network effects and cold-start challenges
• Experience building AI-native products
• Technical depth including SQL or ability to read code
