Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for a domain spanning multiple teams, user types, or workflow stages
• Own the end-to-end roadmap for your domain, including problem identification and sequencing investment
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Operations to ship integrated experiences
• Build metrics frameworks that connect product usage to business outcomes
• Break down ambiguous, cross-cutting problems into concrete product plans
• Represent your domain in leadership forums to influence resource allocation
• Mentor PMs on the team regarding specs, prioritization, and communication

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Demonstrated ability to own a product domain and drive outcomes across multiple teams
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with SQL proficiency
• Track record of shipping products in data-dense, complex domains
• Experience aligning cross-functional teams around a shared roadmap
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience mentoring or leading other PMs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with B2B workflow software, supply chain platforms, or logistics technology
