Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for Catalog, Search, and Booking over a multi-year horizon
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, designers, and operations specialists
• Work with executive leadership and senior business stakeholders to secure buy-in for client-facing experiences
• Define end-to-end customer experience requirements and translate complex business needs into technical requirements
• Establish and maintain catalog quality metrics to ensure offerings are comprehensive and discoverable
• Lead change management for cross-domain projects and standardize system boundaries
• Own deployment best practices, process monitoring, and operational metrics
• Make data-driven decisions using self-serve analytics

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• Experience with enterprise software and/or supply chain is a plus
• Track record of creating scalable, closed-loop workflows in complex environments
• Technical competence to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior leadership
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading change management in a global organization
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and imperfect data
