Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for Catalog, Search, and Booking over a multi-year horizon.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, designers, and operations specialists.
• Work with executive leadership and senior stakeholders to secure buy-in for client-facing experiences.
• Define end-to-end customer experience requirements and translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
• Establish and maintain catalog quality metrics to ensure offerings are comprehensive and discoverable.
• Lead change management for cross-domain projects to standardize system boundaries and processes.
• Use data-driven insights and self-serve analytics to manage team progress and impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven track record of creating scalable, closed-loop workflows in complex environments.
• Technical competence and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience leading change management for cross-domain projects in a global organization.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for articulating decisions to senior leadership.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions using imperfect data.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise software or supply chain management.
• Experience working in fast-paced, global environments spanning multiple time zones.
