Staff Product Manager, Embedded Finance

Responsibilities

• Define and own the embedded finance product strategy, including solution design, roadmap, and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to build and scale products such as payments, card issuing, banking-as-a-service, and FX.
• Partner with global platforms and marketplaces to drive integration and adoption while managing complex technical and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers to drive excellence in execution.
• Champion the developer experience by ensuring API and component solutions remain industry-leading.
• Manage tradeoffs between long-term product vision and near-term growth in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, covering go-to-market, design, and solution architecture.
• Proven experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, or platform product environments.
• Demonstrated success in API/platform integration and technical go-to-market launches.
• Ability to take products from ideation to delivery at a global scale.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across multiple time zones.
