Staff Product Manager

Founded in 2024, DualEntry is one of the world’s fastest-growing AI startups. We are building an AI-native ERP that automates manual data entry for accounting teams, transforming complex workflows into predictable, self-service experiences.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for a major product area
• Drive high-impact bets from problem framing through launch and iteration
• Define metrics and customer signals to hold the area accountable to business results
• Act as the voice of the customer in company-level strategic decisions
• Partner with engineering and design leadership on architecture and technical trade-offs
• Own product reliability, accuracy, and usability
• Mentor other PMs and set the standard for product craft
• Partner with product marketing, GTM, and sales to shape major launches
• Improve internal processes and operating models to help the team ship fast

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Track record of owning a product area and driving measurable business outcomes
• Deep experience applying AI/ML to real product workflows, including LLM-powered or agentic features
• High agency and strong ownership in ambiguous environments
• Clear, direct communication skills to create alignment across stakeholders
• Ability to work in person at our New York City HQ

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI
• Daily use of AI coding/assistant tools such as Claude, Codex, or Cursor
• Domain experience in Accounting, ERP, or Fintech
• Technical background in Computer Science or Engineering
• MBA or experience working with business stakeholders like Sales and Revenue
