Staff Product Manager, Direct Issuing

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic direction for the Direct Issuing product suite in a complex, technical environment
• Navigate ambiguity to define product roadmaps and deliver high-impact financial solutions
• Engage deeply with technical stakeholders and engineering teams to solve challenging problems
• Represent the company in enterprise client-facing situations, communicating product value and technical capabilities
• Drive end-to-end product ownership from zero-to-one ideas to scalable production features

Requirements

• Direct, hands-on experience as a Product Manager
• Proven ability to set strategic direction within ambiguous and fast-paced environments
• Experience building or scaling products in enterprise software or other complex technical domains
• Strong technical communication skills with the ability to engage with deep technical topics
• Experience in a startup environment or roles with broad, founder-level responsibility is preferred
