Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the security and identity product surface within the Security Products portfolio
• Translate complex identity, access, and security problems into intuitive console and API experiences
• Work with engineering leaders to define architecture and technical direction
• Engage directly with customers to identify friction points in cloud security and automation workflows
• Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IAM, Networking, Compute, and Billing teams
• Use prototyping tools like Figma and AI-assisted development tools to clarify requirements
• Define success metrics and analyze product usage to refine the product

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related technical role
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, IAM, or security products
• Experience releasing customer-facing IAM, access control, or identity products
• Strong technical fluency with distributed systems, APIs, and modern cloud architectures
• Familiarity with RBAC, federation, workload identity, and credential lifecycle management
• Familiarity with AI-native infrastructure patterns and machine identity
• Ability to produce clear product narratives, specifications, and documentation
• Proficiency with prototyping tools like Figma, Cursor, or Claude
