Staff Product Manager - Data and Analytics

Pearly is a high-growth B2B SaaS and payments company serving over 2,500 dental offices. We leverage technology and AI to accelerate growth and productivity across dental billing, payments, and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own customer-facing dashboards, reporting, and insights for RCM and finance leaders
• Deliver internal insights and patterns to support product, sales, and CS teams
• Drive data and integrations architecture in collaboration with engineering
• Own the roadmap for the predictive AI/ML layer on top of Pearly's data
• Ideate and champion new data products and revenue-generating features
• Conduct customer discovery with CFOs, VPs of Revenue Cycle, and practice owners
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, and Product Marketing

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, including senior-IC or staff level experience
• Experience owning data, analytics, reporting, or BI products in B2B SaaS
• Technical fluency in relational databases and SQL
• Ability to reason about data models and schema design
• Proven track record of building actionable dashboards and reporting
• AI/ML fluency to scope and prioritize predictive features
• Strong commercial instincts and experience with product monetization
• Exceptional communication skills for executive-level discovery and cross-functional alignment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in dental, healthcare, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Background building analytics for finance or operations personas
• Hands-on experience with the modern data stack (warehouses, transformation, BI tooling)
