Staff Product Manager, Content Agent

Responsibilities

• Craft the vision and roadmap for Content Agent, Sanity's AI operations layer
• Design agent behaviors and define how agents decompose complex content operations
• Define and evolve the trust and quality model, including review flows and cost efficiency
• Drive the extensibility strategy through tools, skills, and integrations
• Write and refine agent instructions, system prompts, and behavioral specifications
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and solution engineering leaders
• Measure and monitor agent effectiveness through feedback loops and metrics

Requirements

• Located in London or Oslo
• Proven track record as a Product Manager with experience in platforms or data-oriented products
• Real experience with AI agents and LLM-based systems (cognitive architecture, prompt engineering)
• Proficiency with JSON, API design, and technical product development
• Understanding of structured content, schemas, and validation rules
• Strong client empathy and ability to lead cross-functional teams
