Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion of CPQ and Revenue Lifecycle Management solutions into major CRM ecosystems including Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, and SAP.
• Architect seamless integrations using best-in-class platforms to translate native capabilities into multi-CRM experiences.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from conception through launch and continuous iteration in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in metadata extraction, AI, and document automation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and architects to prototype new features and manage agile scrum execution.
• Use data analytics and customer feedback to prioritize roadmaps and balance technical feasibility with market needs.
• Partner with sales, professional services, and customer success teams to support implementations and provide product demonstrations.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Deep expertise in CRM platforms, with a strong preference for Microsoft Dynamics or SAP.
• Proven track record of delivering complex integrations using platforms like Workato, MuleSoft, or similar.
• Strong domain knowledge in revenue operations, including CPQ, CLM, Order Management, or Billing.
• Experience managing agile scrum teams and defining clear backlogs.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing or using Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or HubSpot.
• Practical knowledge of modern integration patterns, APIs, and emerging technologies like AI/ML.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and translate vague customer problems into concrete requirements.
