Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the direction, planning, and delivery of core platform capabilities, APIs, and shared services that power the Conga product suite.
• Bridge technical and business requirements by working closely with engineering, architecture, and internal product teams.
• Define and evolve APIs, integration frameworks, and developer experiences to ensure ecosystem scalability.
• Own the platform roadmap, balancing foundational investments, technical debt, and feature requests from internal stakeholders.
• Define and track platform KPIs, including API adoption, reliability, latency, and integration success rates.
• Manage dependencies across multiple product teams and communicate technical trade-offs to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, specifically focused on platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
• Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of APIs and integration frameworks (REST, GraphQL, webhooks).
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, data models, and scalability.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with major ecosystem platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of data movement orchestration (e.g., ADF) and schema/metadata management.
• Familiarity with data pipeline/ETL/ELT concepts and ML-based platform services.
• Experience delivering search capabilities as a shared platform service.
