Staff Product Manager, Compute

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for Crusoe Cloud compute services, including GPU and CPU infrastructure, bare metal, and virtualized compute
• Translate emerging AI workload requirements into product capabilities across performance, scheduling, isolation, and reliability
• Drive roadmap decisions across hardware platforms, including new GPU generations and server architectures
• Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to deliver fleet-level capabilities such as provisioning and lifecycle management
• Define pricing and packaging models that balance utilization and infrastructure economics
• Lead cross-functional execution from concept through launch across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance

Requirements

• Strong product management experience delivering infrastructure or platform products (Cloud, HPC, or AI/ML)
• Deep understanding of compute infrastructure including virtualization, containerization, and distributed systems
• Familiarity with GPU-based workloads and AI infrastructure training/inference characteristics
• Experience working across hardware and software boundaries
• Strong analytical skills to interpret utilization, performance, and financial metrics
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large-scale GPU fleets or AI infrastructure platforms
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Slurm, or other workload orchestration systems
• Experience building products for AI-native customers
• Background in infrastructure economics or capacity planning
