Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and validation of new product ideas through rapid prototyping and customer testing
• Explore AI applications to power new experiences across scheduling and meetings
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Research to build MVPs and experiments
• Partner with leadership to align new initiatives with the long-term multi-product vision
• Define success metrics and run experiments to evaluate product-market fit
• Own the execution path from concept to beta, general availability, and scale

Requirements

• 8–10 years of Product Management experience across startups and scaled companies
• Proven track record of building 0-to-1 products in ambiguous environments
• Strong product sense and customer empathy
• Experience and curiosity regarding AI and LLM technologies
• Ability to work in the San Francisco office 2–3 times per week
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
