About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and roadmap for the AI Voice product, setting the vision for conversational AI guest interactions at scale.
  • Proactively identify and resolve gaps in AI accuracy, resolution rates, and system performance.
  • Translate enterprise hotel client pain points—such as staffing constraints and multilingual needs—into actionable product improvements.
  • Partner with Engineering, AI/ML, and Infrastructure teams to ensure high availability, low latency, and scalability.
  • Define and track critical KPIs including resolution rate, accuracy, latency, and containment.
  • Drive alignment across engineering, sales, and customer success teams during enterprise rollouts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management.
  • Proven track record of shipping and scaling AI or conversational AI products within an enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Deep technical understanding of LLMs, NLP, dialog management, and underlying AI infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, and commercial) without direct authority.
  • Ability to connect technical AI performance metrics to tangible business outcomes.
  • Experience working closely with enterprise customers to inform product development.
