Staff Product Manager, AI Growth

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features and platforms, from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Define and champion the product vision and roadmap, balancing long-term innovation with short-term business needs.
• Partner with engineering, data science, design, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives, including in-product nudges, rewards, and lifecycle automation.
• Build and ship hands-on AI/ML-powered products such as copilots, agents, chatbots, and recommendation systems.
• Lead the development of customer service and support automation to deliver intelligent automation across payments and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance, transparency, and responsible AI practices are embedded in all products within regulated domains.
• Mentor and lead other product managers to support team growth and leadership development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience owning core product areas end-to-end for complex, multi-surface products.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI/LLM-powered products.
• Deep technical fluency in how modern ML systems are trained, evaluated, deployed, and monitored.
• Data-driven, growth-oriented problem solver with strong analytical rigor using SQL or product analytics tools.
• Proven track record of running experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to improve activation, adoption, or retention.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional partners around strategy and execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, payments, treasury, cards, or B2B financial operations.
• Prior work on growth, lifecycle, or PLG products.
• Technical background or prior professional experience in AI/ML, data science, or engineering.
• Experience building customer service or support automation (e.g., bots, self-serve flows).
• Experience launching products across multiple regions and languages in a fast-paced, global environment.
