Staff Product Manager, AI Factory

Responsibilities

• Advance the Governance feature set by embedding model validation, review, and audit-readiness into the development lifecycle.
• Shape the Extensions framework to allow embedding custom capabilities like model risk management and audit-ready documentation.
• Lead next-generation AI/ML lifecycle capabilities with a focus on generative AI and advanced AI systems.
• Strengthen customer deployment, hosting, security, and administration across SaaS and customer-managed environments.
• Partner with customer executives (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs) at Fortune 100 companies to translate operational AI problems into product decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping enterprise software to developers, ML engineers, or data scientists.
• Strong technical background in computer science or an equivalent discipline.
• Proven track record of solving complex product problems and participating in system design conversations.
• Experience managing enterprise customer relationships within large, complex organizations.
• Execution-focused mindset with the ability to synthesize customer signal and technical constraints into shipped products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on familiarity with data science or AI workflows.
• Experience shipping products into regulated environments.
