Staff Product Manager (AI Agents)

Responsibilities

• Architect and steward the product strategy for Traba’s AI agent platform
• Design agent systems that reason through workflows, orchestrate tools, and execute work autonomously
• Solve complex customer problems by balancing user needs with evolving AI capabilities and technical constraints
• Write detailed product requirements and partner deeply with product engineers and ML teams
• Rapidly validate and prototype ideas alongside customers and design partners
• Define product behavior, evaluation systems, and quality frameworks to improve reliability and performance
• Use data to uncover patterns and answer key product and system questions

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in Product Management
• Proven experience launching AI-native products or customer-facing agent systems
• Strong technical depth with the ability to work deeply alongside ML and engineering teams
• Ability to read evaluations, reason through system performance, and prototype ideas
• Experience operating in highly ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments
• Evidence of building products from scratch (0-to-1) and driving meaningful customer outcomes
