Staff Product Manager (AI Agents)

Responsibilities

• Architect and steward the product strategy for Traba’s AI agent platform
• Design agent systems that reason through workflows, orchestrate tools, and execute work autonomously
• Solve complex customer problems by balancing user needs with evolving AI capabilities and technical constraints
• Write detailed product requirements and partner deeply with product engineers and ML teams
• Rapidly validate and prototype ideas alongside customers and design partners
• Define product behavior, evaluation systems, and quality frameworks to improve reliability and performance
• Use data to uncover patterns and answer key product and system questions

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Product Management
• Proven experience launching AI-native products or customer-facing agent systems
• Experience building products from scratch (0-to-1) in fast-paced startup environments
• Strong technical depth with the ability to work closely with ML and engineering teams
• Ability to reason through system performance, read evaluations, and prototype ideas
• Experience embedding with customers to understand workflows firsthand

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in forward-deployed or customer-embedded product development models
• Deep familiarity with modern AI tools and hands-on experience building with LLM systems
• Strong first-principles thinking and ability to navigate rapid model shifts and capability cliffs
