Staff Product Manager, Agent Platform

Responsibilities

• Own the product experience for developers building and running AI agents on Temporal
• Shape the strategy for internal agent platforms to empower organizations to build agents
• Drive the multi-agent orchestration roadmap including handoff protocols and agent teams
• Establish success metrics and developer feedback loops for platform adoption
• Sequence the roadmap and frame investments across multiple work streams
• Partner closely with AI engineering and cross-functional teams like Sales, Marketing, and Developer Relations

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Deep AI and agent domain knowledge
• Strong developer empathy and understanding of software adoption
• Platform product thinking with experience designing APIs or developer platforms
• Experience shipping developer tools
• Literacy in distributed systems, state, execution, and fault tolerance
• Ability to drive strategy in fast-moving, ambiguous domains

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agent architectures such as orchestration, tool use, memory, and branching
• Experience with Temporal or workflow engines
• Open-source community experience
