Responsibilities
- Transform closed-loop data into a high-margin retail media business by building a scalable revenue engine.
- Validate merchant demand through manual pilots and achieve verifiable conversion lifts.
- Deliver "Build vs. Buy" recommendations for the ad-tech stack to C-level stakeholders.
- Lead the cross-functional delivery of the Self-Serve Sponsored Products MVP.
- Ensure 100% closed-loop instrumentation accuracy by linking ad impressions to repayment events.
- Maintain marketplace integrity by ensuring ad load does not degrade organic North Star metrics.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of CPC/CPM monetization, second-price auctions, and ad-quality scoring.
- Experience managing the tension between ad load and organic conversion.
- Proven track record of 0-to-1 product building and manual validation.
- Ability to navigate complex build-vs-buy decisions and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Expertise in translating ad-tech metrics like ROAS and Incrementality for B2B partners.
- Proficiency in auditing data pipelines and understanding AI/ML for bid prediction and targeting.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering on API integrations and ad-serving infrastructure.
