Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, roadmap, and execution for the Workflow Platform, a foundational orchestration layer for client automation and AI agents.
• Define and expand a shared library of reusable workflow components to enable scalable, client-defined automation.
• Build a reliable execution layer that allows AI assistants to perform complex, multi-step tasks deterministically.
• Prioritize platform stability alongside long-term strategic architectural changes.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to simplify complex distributed systems and ensure durable execution.
• Communicate complex technical initiatives and roadmap status to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Extensive product management experience, specifically with developer-facing products, platform infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
• Technical fluency in distributed systems, state machines, and durable execution platforms.
• Proven ability to manage complex dependencies across company-wide initiatives.
• Strong structured thinking skills to synthesize technical requirements into clear roadmaps.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment (visa sponsorship is not available).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Temporal or similar durable execution frameworks.
• Domain knowledge in financial data (custodians, transactions, positions, or security masters).
• Experience with enterprise security or data reconciliation processes.
