Staff Product Engineer

Backed by New Enterprise Associates and Y Combinator, Aurelian is scaling public safety infrastructure through conversational AI agents and real-time dispatcher assistants.

Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes end-to-end by identifying high-leverage problems and deciding what to build
• Act as the product manager for your area, defining roadmaps and making prioritization tradeoffs
• Build and ship features across the platform, including AI call handling, dispatcher tools, and analytics
• Work directly with customers, including 9-1-1 dispatchers and PSAP administrators, to observe product usage and drive development

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven ability to own products or features end-to-end
• Proficiency across the full stack (frontend and backend)
• Strong product thinking and ability to solve user problems rather than just technical tasks
• High level of ownership and customer empathy
