Staff Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own and drive design work across core product areas, leading projects from problem framing through execution and delivery
• Apply strong UX judgment to complex problem spaces, structuring ambiguity and making principled decisions about flows and tradeoffs
• Translate complex systems and AI-driven capabilities into scalable interaction patterns and intuitive user experiences
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to deliver high-impact projects
• Communicate and advocate for design decisions to align stakeholders across the organization
• Contribute directly to design execution with a focus on interaction design and high visual polish
• Provide structured, actionable feedback through critiques and mentor other designers

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio of shipped work
• Deep expertise in UX and interaction design, specifically simplifying complex systems
• Strong product thinking and the ability to connect design work to user and business impact
• Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teams
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders
• Experience mentoring or supporting the growth of other designers
